Wifi adapter card or powerline?

Thread Starter
Moving into a rented property for a year and won't have the ability to put in a wired connection.
I've been looking over wifi cards and powerlines and am undercided which would offer the best connection vs lowest cost?
I will mainly just be internet browsing and streaming video with minor gamin but am unsure what would be the best option.

Powerline networking all the way. Theres 500Mbps ones around now and for media streaming etc... You'll want the stability and performance that cables offer.
