RAM detection problems

hi guys i got a Sabertooth 990FX i just could replaced from Asus yesterday n i found out that Dimm 3 n 4 dont work i mean the RAM cant boot up from Dimm 3 n 4 the mem ok led is struct n the boot does not proceed however my problem does not end there when i insert the same RAM in dimm 1 or 2 it works perfectly n boots up great n the biggest problem when i insert the memories in Dimm 2 n 4 the BIOS detects 4GB RAM when i check it manually in Asus SPD in the Bios it shows me 4GB Ram i installed in the Dimm 4 slot n even in windows it shows 8GB but available is something 3.96GB or so

pls help i will get the screenshots Asap i m trying to reseat the CPU i checked the pins are all fine
