990FX temperature sensor cold bug?

Thread Starter
Anyone here ever had a 990FX chipset under 10*C? I have my CPU+Mobo hooked up to my chiller, but I don't get any temperature reading under 10*C from the chipset. My 1090t is reading 2~4*C, but the chipset is setting at 10*C most of the time. It will float up under load, but never below.

By the chipset being under 10c, did you mean the northbridge? Southbridge?

Any temperature for AMD CPU core under 30c should not be taken seriously. AMD's temperature algorithms are most accurate above 35-40c.
