mini-itx PW, low cost, low noise, any suggestions

Hi

I bought a CiT MTX-003B Mini ITX Case which for the most part is an ok case (or so it seems to me - a non expert) the metals a bit thin and some of the edgers are a bit sharp, but it was cheap and the thing will be out of sight anyway.
However the PW is industrial strength noisy, I had read reviews that said this was so but the low price swayed the deal regardless.

So what I'm looking for is a replacement PW, doesn't have to be dead quiet as its out of site and will be muffled.
The supplied PW is 300W
PW, low cost, low noise, any suggestions ?

One more thing
A TV tuner card or a USB TV tuner for freeview - dual channel and recording would be nice but maybe not essential . The internal cards seem expensive compared to the USB option but are they worth the extra, does a USB work ok ?

seasonic origin psu might be worth looking into. Decent psu for price. Depends what all you need

heres a new one too:

I've used the Seasonic G-360 in the two HTPCs that I've built. They help to passively cool the builds which are inside Lian Li PC Q-27B cases. I don't know how much they cost in the UK but I paid about $60 US. They are totally silent.

I'm not sure I can help you on the tuner since the I am using the Hauppage WinTV DVR 2650 which requires a cable card and gets premium content from my TV company. It's a USB connected device and works perfectly fine. The comparable internal tuners have heat issues and require a case fan to keep temperatures down and since I cannot put a fan in my case I opted for this one.

hi

dmfree88
thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately their atx and I'm after mini itx and are on US ebay. thanks regardless

Alan G
I shall keep the Seasonic in mind - me being a bit of a tight wad i keep looking at the cheaper options - - even though i know they probably will only give pain
As for the TV tuner, i think I'll give one of those cheap (tight wad again) china usb sticks a go - which will satisfy my curiosity without major pain should it not deliver

thanks for the input people
