I just spent all my money for this water block lc solution ek-fc7970 for my gigabyte 7970 and it doesn't fit what must i do now ? Plz help

Is your 7970 a reference card? Most waterblocks are designed around the reference design.

The Gigabyte 7970 (with the windforce x3 card) is not a reference design. You'll need either sell the 7970 and buy a reference design card, or buy a universal cooling block with copper heatsinks for the VRAM.
