Any opinions anyone?

I have a g700s and the older g700. The new sensor on it just doesn't feel as good as the 9500. The new hydrophobic coating feels a little too slick for my hands, but my hands get damp at best.

Overall i like the shape and the button placement on mouse. It gives you more options without overloading your thumb like many mmo mice.

I made the switch from a ROCCAT Kone XTD (great mouse) to the G700s.

Good mouse overall like easyXmode wrote. I like the scratchy/sandpaper coating on the side and the slick top surface. It appears to be solidly built.

The only negative for me so far is the cable thickness/weight (it feels heavy when moving the mouse around). That's obviously not going to be an issue if you only use the mouse in wireless mode.

I'm still undecided about whether I'll go back to the Kone XTD or keep using the G700s.

The included cable is very stiff and make the mouse feel very constrained. If you have an extra micro usb cable from a cellphone use that instead.

Also don't pay attention the the battery indicator. It will turn red even though it can keep on going for a few more hours of active use.

Hated mine and just gave it away yesterday actually. Got a mionix 8200 for my bear paw. Besides not being a big fan of the shape, the cord is really heavy and messes with movement. I got lag in wireless mode so that was a no go. I love the mionix but its an acquired taste and not for everyone.

I switched from the RAT 7 amd its an absolute treat!! My only complaint is the short lived battery life when on wireless. The side buttons are mushy and dont have a solid feel when u press them but thats a minor gripe.

For gaming it was good and I had no problems with it. For non-gaming use my thumb would hit the thumb buttons regularly enough. I have a tendency to switch between a palm grip and somewhat of a fingertip grip so the thumb would sometimes rub against the thumb buttons. I also found my ring finger was not always content with the locations it had to rest in comparison to the G5. All in all while it's pretty good, I was looking for something a bit more comfortable for me than my G5. I've got it packed up and will be returning it.

How is the sensor performance of mionix 8200 to g700s?
