New Headphones, Need Yall's Expertise!

Hey everyone, I am here to lean on your expertise in deciding my new set of headphones. My girlfriend got me a pair of these
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show) a few years ago. They were OK I guess but the range seems very limited and I have been pretty hard on them since they were fairly inexpensive.

$200 is what I am planning to spend.

I will be using them for PC gaming and music (classic rock, new indie, dubstep, electronica, and occasional rap and heavy metal). I would really love for them to be compatible with my upcoming PS4 with an add on mic but I have searched and think that might be asking too much.

They will mostly be hooked up to my PC which in I have a Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty sound card but they will also be used with my HTC One (cell phone) for music and the occasional movie while I am on the go. Although I don't plan on having them out and about too much some kind of case would be a plus.

I live in the United States and have Amazon Prime so Amazon is preferred but any site with a good pair at a fair price is an option.

Thanks and here is a shout out to chinesekiwi for his thread on what to include when asking for audio advice. Thanks mate!

Ok so after some searching I have been looking at the Ultrasone PRO 550 link along with the ModMic 2.0 link.

I think those two would do great with my PC and cell phone but does anyone know if I use some kind of 3.5mm to USB device if I would be able to use both with my PS4? (which I understand to work the same as the PS3).

Good choice with the Pro550.

There's one adapter, but i'm not sure if it works with PS4.
