When did the "Never Settle Bundle" begin? Could I be eligible for it a year later?

Thread Starter
I bought my MSI GPU on 10/30/2012 from Newegg, but previous to that, I had a HIS GPU that I bought on 10/6/2012. Both GPUs were Radeon HD 7850s. My understanding currently is that the NS bundle started either before or right after (like a few days) I bought the MSI GPU. Newegg didn't offer me anything though during either GPU purchase, and I don't believe ever included the bundle with my particular GPU.

It's bothered me for a while, but I was wondering when the bundle actually started. Was also curious if there was any way I could be eligible for it, but since it's almost a year later, I doubt it (I do have proof-of-purchase though). I recall asking Newegg about it almost a year ago and I believe they said something like "the bundle wasn't offered with your purchase".
