How will this look and work

Hey guy i need some info on how this set up will react and look.

http://www.swiftech.com/Hydrx-PM2coolant.aspx

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/18774/ex-tub-1763/XSPC_FLX_Premium_Grade_PVC_Tubing_-_716_ID_58OD_-_2_Meter_65_Feet_Retail_Pack_-_Clear_UV_Blue.html

I heard that swiftech coolant is really goof but i hate the green hydrex. Will this be the same good quality as they say.

I have used primochill advanced LRT in my system 2 months ago and it has already started to plasticize. I am using feser on Clear UV blue tubing.

Some advice would be nice.. I live in the caribbean so it is always pretty hot.

It is not the same thing as hydrx. Hydrx is ethylene glycol. As for if it is good or not I couldn't say. It seems like they did everything they need and left out any of the silly things.

If you want straight ethylene glycol then use feser base. It is the same stuff as the hydrx without all the coloring.

Ethylene Glycol will inhibit corrosion and kill any algae. It will also lubricate your pump. Swiftech Hydrx (the little green bottle) and feser base (little white bottle) are both designed to be added to distilled water.

You could go with dead water or ptnuke but that is only to kill algae it will not stop corrosion and it will not lubricate the pump although lubricating the pump isn't important anyways with the D5 and DDC pumps.

Don't use a kill coil...

Ethylene glycol is extremely poisonous, and isn't a good thing to have lying around if you have pets or children. It tastes sweet, and has almost no smell or color. That feser base is enough to kill a 65 pound child or pet. Keep it stored somewhere away from food, and always clean up any spills with soap and water. We lost a cat to a radiator leak on the truck. She didn't drink enough to die outright, but enough to cause kidney failure and brain damage. Not fun stuff, I can't believe they still let people use it as antifreeze, because a small leak can be the cause of a slow death to a small pet or child.

Hydrx is propylene glycol based, not ethylene glycol. Propylene glycol is safe, and is used as a food additive.

This does not have any colour like the hydrex right. I would hve gotten the hydrex but it is UV green.

Sorry about your cat. I will be very careful using it if i decide to get it.

Hydrx additive is ethylene glycol.

It is sweet in flavor so yes keep it away from animals.

To the feser base question... yes it is clear just distilled water and 70% ethylene glycol.
