Odd water cooling temp question

Being newish to watercooling I am currently running a full loop with cpu and gpu blocks. My question is that I have noticed my water temps coming in to gpu from cpu are the same as my temps going into the rad from res.. Is this normal?

Yes it is. The coolant is moving so fast through your loop that any temperature differences between the components evens out. There will be a very small difference between the inlets and outlets of the components but the difference is very small and negligible.

Excuse me =), and at the inlet and outlet of radiator, the difference is easy mesurable?

Basically any inlet & outlet of any component that generates heat or displaces heat will be good spots to measure how the coolant temperature changes but that's really unnecessary as the difference will be small enough to not really make a difference. You can put the thermometer probe anywhere in your loop that is convenient and call it a day.
