I don't cramp on my FK, but it feels narrower than I'd like and I have smaller hands than you do.
The Kana v2 may or may not be the greatest thing ever to happen to mice (hyperbole alert), and many of us are eager to try it out. It will be nice and wide while also having that ambidextrous shape and a good sensor. So it may be worth waiting for... or not!
If you don't care about extra buttons, you may also want to look at the Roccat Lua. The Kova+ could work great for your hand but sadly it does have prediction... The Lua has the Avago 3050 so it shouldn't but double-check that instead of taking my word for it!
I was very interested in the Spawn at first because I thought that the width of the AM had something to do with the cramping and how uncomfortable it feels in general. The FK will be a hit or miss for me, I'm either going to love the V shape and the indents on the sides, or find out that it was the narrow width of the mouse causing it afterall (in which case the FK wouldn't solve anything).
How would you go about this if you were in my shoes? I mean I could order the FK right now and try it out for a bit, I only have a week to send it back if I don't like it though.
