Well,one fan is more than sufficient for a small case,and actually you can easily get away with none. The worst case is what? A 150w CPU?I like siverstone's design in the FT03 (and so do apple apparently) but what if you went in the opposite direction and made a case with no fans and just top and side ventilation? Just let the hot air find it's way out? In a small enough case it would work,and with foam padding, instant silent chassis
I'm sure cooling isn't a problem for CM except the "make it bigger and add fans to it" method isn't sound and you're gonna have to get creative.
