new psu wondering which oem made it

i got a psu for free and i was wondering if anyone knows which oem company made it the psu brand is OCZ model number is ocz1000pxs i think the oem is FSP Group but im not sure does anyone know for sure who makes it? and if it is a good psu to use?

Don't know which OEM made it but it has mixed reviews on newegg.com with the main con being that it's very loud. Other than that, it seems to be reliable.

A company called 3Y, who used to make server PSUs. They are now out of business. They made quality product though.

It's a very old power supply though, and may have degraded in performance.

ill be using it too replace a psu i have in a server with duel socket 771s so it being made by a company that makes server psu's it seems like a good pair smile.gif
