Measure how much space you have up top. I went with the Alpha cool ST30 because its 30MM + 25MM fans for a total of 55MM. I believe that was pretty close to my motherboard at that point.

As for a pump, I don't know how much you want to spend, but I would either go with something like this :

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/13884/ex-res-300/XSPC_Dual_525_Bay_Clear_Reservoir_-_w_D5_Variant_Pump_Installed.html?tl=g30c97s168#blank

or something a little more expensive like this:

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/19676/ex-res-490/Monsoon_Series_Two_Premium_D5_MCP655_Dual_Bay_Reservoir_w_Quick_Change_LED_Control_-_Matte_Black_w_Black_Trim_M2-D5P-MB.html?tl=g30c97s168

and add a pump of your own choosing.

Since this is your first time water cooling, you may just want to go with a CPU loop for now to see if its something you like. It would help you get familiar with it and see if you enjoy it, or truley hate it. Just my opinion, however.

Looks like the rad you're talking about will fit in my rig , as for the pump i just need something that will suffice for 360 and 240 rads and 3 waterblocks , I'm already spending a lot so I'd like to keep the cost reasonable , nothing too expensive.
The whole reason why I want to go with watercooling is because i want to have better and quieter cooling for my cards CPU isn't a priority here , I'd rather drop CPU block and go only with GPU's than other way around.
That said if I'm already going with WC setup is there a point to drop the CPU block ............
From what i read around this pump/res should be enough ... right ?

If I dropped CPU from the loop one 360 rad (the one you're using) would be enough for 2x780 ? also in that scenario would XSPC X2O 750 be enough ?

I am not using a 360 rad. I am going to put a 240 up top and do CPU only for now. Theres a lot of different ways you can move stuff around to get a reservoir and pump inside your case thats not the bay res if you wanted to mount a 360 in the front, but all of your bays would be full that way. The way I suggested is going to be the easiest way, in my opinion. I wouldnt use the XSPC pump for what you are trying. I would go with a D5 pump and a reservoir that would house it so you save space. It may not be the cheapest way, but water cooling isnt a cheap option.

This should save you some money it is the kit I was talking about.

These are the fittings that come in the kit and that are compatible with the tubing in the kit.
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-103-XS

You will need 4 extra fittings.

You will need one of these
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-190-XS&emcs0=2&emcs1=Produktdetailseite&emcs2=WC-196-XS&emcs3=WC-190-XS

Your 2nd radiator

And the 2 Xspc gpu water blocks.

You may want to buy 2 of these
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-211-XS&groupid=962&catid=1529&subcat=1852

And 2 of these
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-213-XS&groupid=962&catid=1529&subcat=1852

If you want to build a drain into the design then grab
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-216-XS&groupid=962&catid=1529&subcat=1852
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-090-KA&groupid=962&catid=1529
And 2 more http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-103-XS
You don't need to build in a drain but it can make things easier but they don't always work out either... Takes some planning.

If you want some colored tubing then buy some 7/16 x 5/8 tubing that you like.

If clear is fine you may still want to buy some extra clear if you think you will need more than 6.6ft or 2m of tubing.

OK it all starts to make sense now , few things like sizes of fittings and tubes plus pumps got me confused but i think i know what it will all look like , i really appreciate all the help guys.
So from the measurements it looks like 360 rad is a long shot so I'm going to stick with 2x240 rads , 2 XSPC Titan blocks 2 XSPC Backplates , XSPC Acrylic Dual 5.25" Reservoir + XSPC D5 Vario pump and XSPC raystorm CPU block.
The reason I'm doing it this way instead buying the kit is i can get barely used raystorm block with all accessories for £20 so that kit doesn't really save me money also i prefer the looks of the other res and i want white tubing.
Last thing are the fans what do you think about Corsair SP120 ? i might need a fan controller for this as well.

Cool... probably grab 1/2 x 3/4 tubing and either 1/2 barbs or 1/2 x 3/4 compression then. 7/16 x 5/8 isn't as common and so has a smaller selection of tubing and fittings.

Also it would be worth it to get the swiftech MCP-655 PWM version if you are buying the reservoir and pump separate from each other. Bay reservoirs can easily transfer noise into the case so having the PWM pump will make it easy for you to find a speed that doesn't transfer noise and it will allow the pump to spool down when the system isn't hot so that the pump will make less noise and the pump may have a longer life from running at a lower duty cycle most of the time.
