Need Pump Advice Please

Thread Starter
Here's what I have so far...

360 UT60
240 UT60
XSPC Raystorm Intel CPU block
XSPC XPowerII Mobo block
(2x) EK DCII waterblocks to cool my (2) ASUS HD7970-DC2-3GD5 cards
(Note: the GPU blocks are tied together with a serial FC bridge)
Using Primo chill acrylic tubing

Scenario 1

What is a good pump or pumps to use. Do I need 2 loops or can I run a single loop without problems. I'm planning on using a cylinder reservoir so keep that in mind.

Scenario 2

I am strongly considering making a HAF-X cube and pulling out the two 120mm rads listed above and replacing them with the following...

(4x) 420 UT60
(1x) 280 UT60

If I do, what pump(s) should I use instead? Please let me know your thoughts about both scenarios as I may end up building 2 systems. (one for my daily use and the other as a backup system for business.)

Oh, and keep this in mind... I'm planning on purchasing an Aquaero 6 (the new model that's coming out next month and can control the pumps as well. I want the quietest system out there so please consider that when chiming in. Thanks.

A single D5 or MCP-35x would be enough. You want to keep it one loop. With that much money invested though you might want to buy 2 of whatever pump you get. That is of course up to you. With the second build you might really be coming close to the limit of a single pump and at that point it would be best to grab 2 pumps. Either way you want just 1 loop.
