So maybe HP pavilion g7 laptop could be locked down against oveclock? :/ then there is no way to OC I thnk or not?

Short answer, yes, it looks like you can't OC.
HP locks their laptops down tight (trust me, I have one too, and I hate how much HP restricts them).

Looking at the screen shots you posted, the drivers look like they installed fine.
Leshcat lists the series rather than the specific card itself (I have a 6770M, so mine says 6770M/7700M/7900M).
The reason I recommended 13.4 is because anything after 13.5 doesn't always function correctly on mobile GPUs.
You can install the leshcat 13.6 beta if you want to, so long as you install drivers only (do NOT update Catalyst Control Center beyond 13.4 if you want to keep switchable graphics).
Sometimes people get lucky if they go beyond the 13.6 beta (i.e. the 13.8 and 13.10 betas), but many people run into issues of no longer being able to use switchable graphics or Windows 8.1 compatibility.
Again, some people get lucky with beta drivers depending on their configuration, but 13.4 is the safest option when troubleshooting.

And Leshcat's drivers are both digitally signed and compiled specifically for mobile GPUs (Intel+AMD specifically).

It doesn't look like you're having a problem at this point, just chasing something you really shouldn't be doing anyway.
If you want to keep trying, best of luck, but be careful.
Regardless of what anyone else has said, HP laptops are -not- designed to OC and will overheat if you try to do so.
