I really do like it. I mean the colors arent as good as my old ips but not eye hurting either. I actually had to get another one from amazon because the first one had horizontal lines in the upper right hand corner. That display actually had better colors than my new one but the new one doesnt have the lines so...... I may ask for another one.

Now the lines only appeared when I was in 144hz mode no other time did they appear. For some reason I can get the blues right like the facebook blues.

Maybe it had differwnt color settings? I would look into it more and see I'd there's some options or maybe a service menu that could help alleviate some of that.

I remember having to do that for my old Dell IPS and a Panasonic plasma. It really helped.

Yeah I have tried to calibrate it the best I can but there is just a really big bright spot in the center that I cant get around. Now the first panel had top panel shading that was really dark. While this one doesnt it has light panel shading towards the bottom. I have asked amazon for anther one. Hoping third time is the charm. May have to settle for the first one because that one I had all setup and settled for the top panel shading as just part of having a TN panel.

Here is to hoping.
