Beeping Issue With Mice

So before I had a RAT7 it used to have this issue, roughly once a month where it would freeze for like 15 seconds then start creating a beeping sound in my headphones or speakers every time the mouse would move or click. With this I tried disabling and re-enabling using my keyboard for all the actions. Also uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers on the fly by navigating around with the keyboard once again. The uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers had worked once so I figured that was it for sure but next time it happened I followed the same step and it didn't work. So I figured there had to be something wrong with my mouse for it to randomly do this out of the blue.

I had already been looking at a Naga for sometime now so I went off and bought that. The first month and a half-ish were great, no problems at all. Until last night - I was helping out a guy I used to raid with and a guildy mod his chat when his channel exploded from 70 viewers to 3000 viewers for people to see the cinematic for end of the raid. As I was clicking to time someone out, out of no where my mouse is only registering movements and no clicking. After about a minute it started making the beeping sound again, this time only when I clicked. I've been searching for others with this issue and I can't replicate it when I want so I can't even have someone help me as I want. So here I am asking if anyone has had this issue before or if anyone knows a solution. If anymore details are required let me know.

Thanks.

TLDR: My mouse has an issue once a month where it creates a beeping in my headphones whenever I click or move the mouse. Thought it was the mouse - replaced the mouse and happened after a month and a half with the new mouse as well.
