That's about what I have to give mine to get it stable, but at this point it's temperature that is holding me back. Even at 4.6ghz it's getting too hot for comfort under P95 or gaming stress -- I currently have it dialed back to a nice leisurely 4.3ghz because I don't have time to devote to fine-tuning it. I'm going to start a custom wc build in a few weeks, hopefully that will allow me to get it into the 4.7ghz range comfortably, then the question just becomes whether ~1.48v really is too much for IB-e. Honestly, if it degrades, I'm sorta fine with activating the tuning plan and taking my chances with another chip.
I'd say try the beta 0024 bios and see if you have more luck getting to 4.7 with that. Shamino specifically said it's fine-tuned for 4.7+ oc. It's not 100% bug free, but it's stable (in my experience). You can always flash one of your bios chips to 0024 and leave the other on 4403 in case you don't like the new one.
