Best x79 MB under $250!!

Hi im really interest on getting on intel side... i dont know if this is the thread to ask, here i go.

As for now this is what i want to get:

CPU: 4930K planing on Streaming, Gaming, sometimes videoediting, encoding.

MB: here is where im lost, there are too many options and opinions, i just want a regular mobo that allow me to CF not SLI, sli will be a bonus, and that allow me to do a little OC if needed at a cost of less than $250dollars. i dont see the needs of going $500 unless u are going to Extreme OC and put like 4GPUs on it.

any inputs?

Gigabyte X79-UD3, MSI X79A-GD45 Plus, ASRock Extreme4, Asus P9X79. All X79 boards are SLI/CF compatible.

Not many good X79 boards in this price range.

Only one I'd really consider is the Gigabyte X79-UP4, but because my experiences with the UP5, I am extremely hesitant to recommend any Gigabyte LGA-2011 board.

I currently have the MSI, its a nice board. 8-dimm support, and overclocks well. My chip easily does its maximum 4800mhz although I keep it at 4700 24/7. BIOS is pretty nice, standard MSI fare. Only thing I don't really like is the slot layout if you want to go CF/SLI with a sound card. It skips the top slot on most cases completely when I think there should be an x1 up there for add-in cards.
