A quiet waterloop setup?

my 2x7970s' fan piss me off lol . I am planing on my next rig and cpu/gpu will be under water .would like some input on some quiet waterloop set up. I am debate between the xspc ax360 and rx360. I know that rx360 probably will be more quiet before i wont need high rpm fan for it. how about ax360? anyone have idea how noise is it with some high rpm fan? the case that i am going to get is switch 810, i am just worry it will cut very close on push/pull rx360 top mount. i know for sure ax360 can do push/pull easy but i am just worry about the fan will annoy me lol. thanks

Yes sir. I meant the stock fan. I went all out on my graphic card for this month so no fancy fans for my rad. Using stock fan and I can hardly hear it.

I have rx 240 had stock fans and didn't hear them either. Upgraded to gentle typhoons didn't feel a difference noise wise or cooling wise.
