well i mite have to retype this a few times.

i Just had a windows update this morning as i checked weather report. it downloaded and i hit the shut off on pc (start menu) , i go off to work return boot up pc and says updating. desktop is defalt i got no icons or anything , look @ my g13 and its stock too. so i try to look for my folders and cant find it it says im on my account (only one @ the time). so i had to make a admin on so i can see all folders and now i see my old account . files and data names the same one as im loged in as but no data on it.

Is there a way so i can reuse my old desk top or do i now got to try to save my data and reformat and down load bf3 and all the steam games i got on the ssd. ?

I hate software but i love hard ware so this is driven me nuts.

i found a fix dont know what the site was called but i had to delet a few files and remove all date in the folder with user, and make a new account and then trasfer all files back. it was a pain with only a 128 gb ssd. but was faster then finding disk and reinstalling. mite do that if i get a new sound card.

will change posts as i remember the web site and pages
