Is there a source of that? I'm not being sarcastic. I genuinely find it interesting how scarce are the reliable sources in simply finding where AMD makes its stuff.

AMD GPUs after Southern Islands were plotted to be fabbed at both GlobalFoundries and TSMC. AMD CPUs with Jaguar are being fabbed at TSMC. The future of which foundry gets Steamroller is still up in the air.

For CPUs: 32nm and up
GlobalFoundries

For GPUs: 40nm and up
TSMC

For CPUs: 28nm and down
TSMC and GlobalFoundries

Source? Also that "TSMC AND GF" sounds weird. It is definitely not for the same model since a lot depends on the manufacturing process before making the design itself, e.g. TSMC sends design software to their clients years before they release a process (e.g. they've already dispatched 16 design software), they can't just use the same design elsewhere.
