Just know that the V is a better option then a Corsair or Seasoinc KM3 as its cheaper

If you want the best PSU there is buy the Antec High Current Pro Platinum

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371053

The Antec is way too far out of my budget, however the Cooler Master V and the Seasonic I listed are both on sale for $100-$110. Is there a way to determine the number of double wires based only on pictures shown on Newegg?

I think the easiest are the ax760i line with corsair. I'm sure there are others, but I'm not sure which. I've never done double wires.
