This graph shows the temps in three situations
1) Intel Burn Test running and
The corsair H110 with its own fans in push and a pair of noctua NF-A14-PWM in pull with the voltage reduction resistor

Intel Burn test off

2) Intel Burn Test running and
The corsair H110 with its own fans in push and a pair of noctua NF-A14-PWM in place but not plugged in.
The idea here is to create a little extra resistance for the corsairs to push against

Intel Burn test off

3) Intel Burn Test running and
The corsair H110 with its own fans in push ONLY

I cannot understand the temp fluctuation. Initially I thought my cpu was throttling so I ran throttle monitor while doing a maximum intel burn test and the corsirs only and this is the resulting graph.

There was no throttling visible on throttle monitor but I still see this weird temp fluctuation.
Anyone seen stuff like this before?
