Mini-ITX Upgrade; H87I-PLUS/PRO vs. Z87I-PLUS/PRO: Which is Right for me?

I want this board so bad because it is a freaking beauty. I have a Bitfenix Prodigy with a P8Z77I-DELUXE and an i3-3225. I am using this as my main build and I want to change the motherboard with one of the 4th-Gen ones and leave it for a good while. Money is an issue. The H87 is $111. The Z87 is $190; big price jump. I might be able to sell my Z77 board for like $150 (right?). That would leave a $40 gap for the Z87 (I have $40 so that isn't the problem). Now the problem is I would need a new CPU. I can get a 4th-Gen i3 by selling my 3rd-Gen i3 and adding money, then upgrading later to a 4th-Gen i5. Now back my to my dilemma. I can upgrade to either a non-overclockable i5 or an overclockable one. I can also take the route of upgrading to an i7, if I can, but overclockable or not? I can save money by going the H87 route and maybe jump straight into a non-overclockable i5, or an i3 and use the rest of the money for an HD monitor, or is it worth it to go the Z87 route getting a 4th-Gen i3 and waiting a bit longer for an i5?

Before jumping the gun and yelling "OCN! OCN! OCN! OVERCLOCK THE BALLS OUT OF IT!" This is more of a discussion. I would love to the know the pros and cons. I have $40, an extra 1TB WD Green, and an extra old HP 8510W with a messed up screen. What are my possibilities? Also, the H87 SATA layout has them on the edge of the board wheee.gif.

PS: I'm leaning towards Z87 because it's gorgeous, but I will have to resort to my Lenovo laptop for a good week or two. hannibalsmiley.png
