Unless the multiplayer is good wink.gif

The Xbox/ps3 version is not worth it at the moment. You can't play at 1080p and the fps is around 24-30.

PC version will be much much better with mods coming later.

Watching my 26 Year old Son (before anyone goes on about parenting smile.gif ) play it on his PS3, I am impressed with how playable it is on the ageing console, and the visuals are stunning.

I would not be able to play it on anything but PC due to my requiring a keyboard and mouse, even with the auto aiming the controller gets on PS3 my son struggles to accurately shoot, enabling me a hearty laugh at his expense.

The framerate drop doesn't seem to be too much of an issue.

Do you know why they advance this date?

It's the last Friday 1 month prior Christmas. Take that with a huge grain of salt.

I personally believe it would be a bad move from rockstar. Why? Simply because if you want GTA5, you just have to buy it for your xbox/ps3... not point launching it for PC when the game will sell like hot pan-cakes for old consoles.

Consumers at that period of the year have no brain... they will buy it no matter what. After console GTA5 stop selling well, they will introduce PC unless they decide to really milk the cow and release it for ps4/xbox1 before... We might wait forever for it frown.gif

That would be nonsensical to release it for new consoles but make PC wait longer especially if it's the lead Platform (like the article you linked me to in the other thread suggests,) PC gamers love and eat up the very idea of a game made first and foremost for PC.. Consider the following, the established PC gamer base against new consoles based off pre-orders that mean little when some people pre-order/buy 2 or 3(maybe more) of either console to sell online for a higher price when the shortages hit. Least to me it wouldn't make sense to release for a new user base but leave out an established one.. tongue.gif

I bought the damn game for my Xbox today and i'm having major issues with aliasing. Its terrible. The framerate is low too.

I would love a PC version so I can play it without jagged flashy edges all over my screen.
