Gigabyte Z77x-d3h Slow Internet Speed?!!

post #1 of 9

Hi guys,
Now my PC used to have a P8Z77-V motherboard until it failed, so I got a temporary replacement with a gigabyte Z77X-D3H Motherboard, and to be honest the temperatures of my CPU are much better than the Asus I don't know how its like that but anyways, the only thing I find a major problem is the slow internet speed when i connect my LAN cable I manage to get only 6 Mbps instead of my 16 Mbps don't know why tried updating everything but no use still the connection is very slow, so any help will be appreciated.

And I would like to know whether should keep this motherboard or return back to the Asus when they replace it?

That's not helping at all.

@OP
Have you checked the drivers? Try to download the latest ones from Realtek. Failing that, RMA it for poor LAN performance

Doesn't it seem that there is a 0.0000001% chance that your motherboard is the reason why? Network network network
