Okay vcore for daily use? "FX-6300"

Hey all.

I love my FX6300 and the way its oc. biggrin.gif

Yesterday I would hit 4.7 Ghz and it is hereby made. It has been running Prime95 for over 20 hours without errors, but will you guys think that a vcore of 1.524 is too high for everyday use? I browsing a network, and plays a part BF3. I find no fault, and do not mind CPU's life becomes impaired.
Temps and very good, 32 idle og cpu max 64 and package max 55.

FSB 205 and Multiplier 23, LLC set to high.

Thanks.

1.524 is fine, 62 socket, and 55 cores are also fine. Nice OC thumb.gif

vCore can hit v1.55 (I personally had my 1090T at 1.575 for almost 3 years and still going strong in another case since I got my FX8350)

Temps can also hit 62C on the cores and approximately 72C on the socket before it starts effecting chip life.

Seems like you have sufficient cooling so if you are not concerned about reducing the life of the chip seems like you can push it a little further if you wanted

Hey.. wink.gif

Super, then i will let it be, it runs games very, very well now. wink.gif
I got a Corsair H80i Push/pull in the back of my case and then 2x140mm top and 2x140mm front and 1x140mm side, all running positiv pressure ventilation biggrin.gif

I think I maybe try hit 210 os the fsb, and just let the vcore at the same and see if 4,8 is stable.

Thanks again.

That seems really high for 4.7Ghz.

I gannot get is stable at lower vcore. I ran 4.6 at 1.488, and 4.7 with that vcore i got error in prime95 after 4-6 hours. frown.gif
I can buy some faster ddr3 ram, and oc more on the fsb, but is runs very well now.
