OC the 950. The jump is not that big really. 15-25% extra performance. If you dont have 2 GPUs dont bother. 4770K is a better CPU compare to your 950 and a good upgrade but as a CPU itself compare to 2600K and 3770K very underwhelming.

This. My W3570 went to 4.5Ghz. Overclock the 950 as high as you can get it

Keep the 950 and OC it for now, Your CPU is fine and all good for a while longer. save your money and wait another 1 yearish ok.
