I am looking for a cheap case and I was wondering if a dell optiplex 780 motherboard will fit into a antec three hundred atx mid case or a rosé will mini atx mid case

Looks like the mobo is a BTX, i mean is mounted on opposite side to an ATX.
Answer is no.

Could you help me find a cheap under 100 dollar case that has either a see threw side or vents on the side

If you have a BTX style motherboard you will need to do a lot of modding to an ATX case to get it to fit. Your other option is to go caseless and use a benching table.
