Here are details of my computer:

Did you pull the battery out on the motherboard or clear cmos with the pin on the board as well? Some older MSI boards such as that one, once you have a bad overclock you need try in this order, clear with a button if available, use the cmos pin and switch from one position to the clear one and boot then turn off and reboot, pull the battery and wait a few minutes and make sure its unplugged and no power source is hooked up, and last thing to try is to disconnect everything (last resort) Ram, cpu, power supply, ect.(everything from the motherboard.) Possible you took out the CPU or board due to its age, or motherboard due to a weak componet or age. Do you have any spare parts to test? CPU, ram, psu?

Yes my PC is runing. The problem appears ounly whae i overclock it more that 2.35gh.Wath that means that my PC cant be overcloked more?
Either cpu or motherboard limited. I would lean towards the board limiting the cpu. So no overclocking farther with our set up.

Just how did you try to OC ? My guess is thru FSB, in that case you'll have to lover memory multiplier first, Every time you boost FSB your memory frequency goes up untill it can go further no more.

Im increasing FSB with 5 til i go to 2.4gh then i save and reboot.
