Get reference cards, it will work fine.

Yea, no SLI air cooling in that case, single 780 should be fine if you have proper airflow.

Incorrect good sir, the reference blowers work great. I have also had MSI TFIII cards in there and they worked decently but not as well as the blowers.

If you want to build a SLI on the 350D, then go with the GIGABYTE GA-G1.Sniper M5, the different thing about this against other micro ATX mobos, is that the slot for the SLI is the 3rd PCIe 16x (8x wired) is the bottom one, the 350D having 5 PCI slots, this will allow to have one slot between both cards and will give you similar temps on both gpus.
