Glad to see you are making progress where you can at least.
On a related note - I just got an order from FrozenCPU and had a similar experience (but a much better one on the customer service side). I ordered some 3/8X5/8 Bitspower compression fittings... and got 1/2X3/4 fittings instead - which seems like a fire hose in comparison by the way.
On the upside they had a prepaid FedEx label in my email within 10 minutes and they've cross-shipped the correct fittings to me. So things can happen with anyone... it's all in how they handle them that really matters. The thing I really appreciate is they were immediately apologetic and never seemed suspicious of my motives. That's the part of your experience that would really irritate me.
But I can really relate to the frustration you're feeling... I'm stuck sitting around for another week when I was hoping to be up and running by the end of the day today.
