They definitely won't be the best - but they will also be far from the worst so since you have them I would say go for it. Like almost everything on OCN - the arguments revolve around the minutiae and not substance for the most part. Even the worst fan ever made (provided it actually works that is) will still push air through a radiator, which will then take on heat, and thus cool your rig. The difference between those fans on any given rad and the absolute best option - is probably going to wind up amounting to less than 2-3C change in delta. If you're buying something new because you don't have something on hand, then it certainly makes sense to get the best you can afford - but if you have something that works and is 'free' because you already paid for it - then who really cares? biggrin.gif

So while waiting for the parts I decided to make a little storage upgrade. My Samsung F3 started failing so I swapped it for another WD drive for RAID 0 and installed a new Kingston v300 128Gb SSD. I'll probably add another 8gb of Corsair memory later on as well.

Currently deciding which compression fittings to use. What are the best brands currently? My choice so far is these: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_346_997_1199&products_id=35384

Thought of ordering XSPC ones as my build will mostly consist of their parts, but they're currently out of stock. frown.gif

So I finally decided on compression fittings - XSPC as they are the cheapest option and look decent as well. Ordered six. Hope they gonna arrive soon, so that I could finally finish my loop. My PC right now looks like a rubbish bin with parts and wires scattered everywhere.

Who said you can't fit a 420 rad in an ARC MIDI?
