Also what 7970 should i go with im looking at these.

Im not sure if gigabyte is that good i heard the lock some oc settings.

OP the HD 7950 is a GTX 670 equal. the GTX 760 is a slower card. also the 1GB extra VRAM on HD 7950 is going to be important going forward with next gen games crossing 2GB limit at 1080p.

even an avg HD 7950(1.15 Ghz) beats a golden GTX 760(1.28 Ghz)

OP depends on your budget if you can spend $400+ it might be worth waiting for the Hawaii Pro or HD 9950 launching in mid-oct. but if your budget is $200 - 300 go ahead and get a HD 7950 / HD 7970.
