laptop wont boot, "no bootable device"

laptop wont boot, "no bootable device"

just finished installing win 7 pro yesterday. today the zoostorm 10-270 laptop wont boot, error reads "no bootable device"-insert boot disc press any key. nothing in bios to help

no optical drives or usb stick attached,
any ideas

Does the HDD show in the bios? Try to reseat the HDD.
