CrossFireX not working...

Ok here's the rundown. I got a pair of Gigabyte Windforce HD Radeon 7950. Individually, they work flawlessly and can get a nice overclock of 1140/1490. If I run them separately, they work perfectly, be it on the 8x PCI lane or the 16x PCI lane. However, when I connect both of them at once, the one on the PCI Bus 2 gets error code 12 in Windows 7(this device cannot find enough resources to be used). I have the 13.8 drivers and this is my second 7950 CrossFireX setup and the first one from PowerColor was working just fine.

I uninstalled the drivers clean and reinstalled 13.8. No dice. My motherboard BIOS is up to date, I tried disabling the onboard GPU, I verified everything is connected properly(The CrossFireX bridge is there). I even tried 2 CrossFireX bridge but still nothing. I also tried disabling the power saving feature of the PCI express in ''Power Options'' in the control panel.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GAZ77MX-D3H rev 1.1(SLI/CrossFireX Ready)
PSU: Corsair HX850 Silver Plus(SLI CrossFireX Ready)
GPU: 2x Gigabyte Windforce HD Radeon 7950
CPU: Core i-5 3550 3.3GHZ Boost(3.7GHZ)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ Corsair Vengeance

Is the CrossfireX bridge installed and all the power connectors connected correctly ?

Nevermind. Did a BIOS reset on my motherboard and everything is dandy. Disregard this thread.
