Input Needed (pun intended) - Speaker setup for using a monitor as a TV

Thread Starter
Long story short - for my garage I decided to use an extra 27" LED monitor I had lying around as a TV, problem is...it doesn't have speakers. Cable box doesn't have a 3.5mm output so I'm looking for a speaker setup that has either a digital coax or optical input. Sound bar could work but will be a challenge in the location I plan to mount the monitor.

Any other good speaker options? 2.1 would be preferred but not required.

How about something like THIS from cable box to pc. That is if there is going to be a pc out there. Otherwise you can find any cable you need from that link ok.
