HD 7950 is 200usd so getting 2 for 400 outperforms GTX Titan and your psu is enough

I think I'm going to go with the Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce

I've updated the original post with my current issue's. I've still yet to purchase a card, and I've expressed my new issues in the original as well as updated my rig information. Basically I'm now deciding between the 3 770's listed and would like everyone's new suggestions.

Hmmm. I love the lightning and want to buy it myself but I'm thinking I should buy something with more memory. On quality of the cooler and components and noise levels I'd say the Lightning is the winner out of those 3. The gigabyte obviously because it has 4GB VRAM would be a good choice too though. The ASUS I would place last as although I'm sure it is a good quality card it won't be as good quality as the lightning whilst also having less vram than the gigabyte, and also ASUS have a very bad reputation for RMA's so that's something to think about in the rare case you might have to return it to them to fix or replace under warranty. If they were all 2GB I'd say it was an easy choice and just go for the MSI Lightning.
