Nvidia Inspector vs. EVGA Precision X

Hello folks,

I have a problem regarding my newly acquired GTX 670 (4GB, Gigabyte Windforce 3X).

Using Precision X I have adjusted the voltage-/power target-settings, but the GPU will not go up to 1.175V and stay below a certain core-clock, regardless of what I set the offset to.

Using Nvidia Inspector everything is working correctly. Running the Heaven-Benchmark or Metro: LL, the GPU will use 1.175V and go up the the clock I configured.

May anyone tell me why Precision X is behaving this way?

Thanks

What are you using to monitor your GPU clocks and voltages?

Does GPUz give a reason for the clock limit?
