it will work, but it will cut close.
i've ran SLI Titans and 3930k on a TX750W V2, and using Metro LL benchmark, after calculating for efficiency, it ate up to 680w out of the 744w that is available.
it will work, but a highly-stressed PSU will not last as long as one that only runs an 50% load. That's going to be 85-90% load on a 750w.
Better off geting a Seasonic, Leadex or Flextronics PSU at 850w or higher.
And if you're thinking of getting the AX860i, please spend just $50 more and get 600 more watts from this:
