Try it in both configurations. One on COM, one on the NO. If this is correct the system will power on when the switch is pushed. If it is incorrect, the system will turn on when the power-switch on the PSU is plugged in. Sorry for the terrible explanation.

EDIT : Just opened up my computer. Both my Power and Reset Vandal switches are wired Normally Open. thumb.gif
