Weird but Serious Question about Water Cooling Cases

I have a DVD player and want to keep that on my Case. I also am watercooling. I am getting the XSPC 750 Raystorm EX240. I need 2 5.25 bays just for the reservoir. Where the heck do I put the DVD player or reservoir?? Factal Define R4 is what I like.

I mean what do gamers do who need a cd drive and also need a reservoir installed in a 2 bay case?

I rarely use a dvd rom now days myself, with digital games and installing os via usb.
If you still require your dvd you can look at buying an external usb connected enclosure, its what I use for my blu ray player on my media centre when I need to rip blu rays to it while keeping my clean aesthetic.

I was going to say USB dvd when you need it (I use it every 6 months or so). But you got it figured out.

I generally either use a usb drive. Or if I don't have access to one I connect a 'built-in' one via sata and have it sitting on my desk, whenever I need it.
