Off enables constant power to both cards in crossfire config . Even when both cards are not fully used. On puts one card in a lower power state when its not being used .

After I install the latest driver 13.9, windows has 9 updates for .net framework. Do I use the latest updates from windows or do I just stick with the AMD .net framework older drivers?

Of course the updated version.

I've been using these drivers and since a while Windows Update asked for the display driver update, after several failed attempt it finally installed the update and now driver version is unorthodox 13.152.1.1000 instead of usual 13.152.0.0000 for 13.9 WHQLs or 13.200.11.0000 for 13.10 B2.

Not a complaint basically, just wanted to share. This particular update has reduced the laggy browsing in Firefox I'm facing.

Funnily, although these drivers are updated via Windows Update but aren't WHQL'ed. lol

Install and update was performed on a freshly installed Windows 8.1 Pro.
