FX8120 24/7 Mission Critical server overclock? Budget motherboard

Hi guys, Running a FX8120 in my server on an ASRock 970Pro R2 currently at stock clocks
This server is about to be used for a small business venture into server hosting and I was thinking about overclocking it to 4ghz Just to squeeze a little more out of it.
It has a hyper 212 cooler on it and a decent Delta 600w Server grade PSU

It needs to be 24/7 stable at around 60-80% Cpu usage.
How likely are the VRMs going to crp their pants on my budget motherboard? As they already get quite hot as it is.
I cannot afford for the system to die, so if this is a strong possibility I will not overclock it.

4Ghz is nothing for FX series CPU's. What is it currently at? You could most likely even undervolt and achieve 4Ghz 100% stable 24/7

Currently @3.1Ghz
I will try some undervolting and overclocking, thanks

Assuming my VRMs will not be put under any more strain if I don' t +Volts

Try stock volts first. Disable Turbo core and set multi to 20x
