HWMonitor on FM2 platform - CPU Vcore

I'm trying to figure out the vcore offset to get a more conservative cpu vcore compared to the auto setting, but HWMonitor reports a max value of 1.968 V on the CPU Vcore while CPU-Z reports max 1.440.

Can I ignore the value from HWMonitor? The base Vcore value in BIOS is 1.350V and I just bumped the offset up by one click which should be around where CPU-Z is at.

What version of CPU-Z do you have?
What CPU and motherboard are you using?
Are you using Windows 7/8/Other?

I'm using a cheap ass Asus F2A85M-LE and a A10-5800K.
CPU-Z Version: 1.66 x64
Windows 8

I'm not able to get a stable overclock tho, so I might just scratch that idea. Voltage needs to be rather high and I don't want the board to catch fire.
