Saphire HD7970 Vapor x 6gb watercooling

Hi I would like to know if there is any way I could water cool my 2 Saphire HD7970 Vapor x 6gb graphics cards. I can't find a full face water block anywhere. My cards are running way too hot 70-80 degrees and I need a better solution.

These cards have very good stock cooling so I guess you keep them fairly close together in your case? The only option you have is to use universal gpu waterblocks and try to get some fans to cool the Vram. Fans can be mounted through dwood brackets or custom fan holder.

Thank you. Witch block can I use and would the 2 120mm fans be sufficient for cooling the vram.

There's a ton of blocks out there. I'd suggest checking out ekwb.com. Use their cooling config tool http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/ to decide which works for your card and looks good. A single 120mm fan is good enough to cool the Vrams so 2 for both cards is ditto. If you have a case that can blow air directly to the cards like a switch 810/air 540, that would be great.

Another option would be to get this http://www.overclock.net/t/1221722/sigma-cool-aio-gpu-mounts-mount-kuhler-620-nzxt-kraken-x40-on-your-gpu-ship-same-day/450. This is cheaper but won't be as neat as getting a universal waterblock and integrating it into your current loop; if you have one. It's very effective and I think I might go that route myself.

There's a fan mounting kit I remember someone posting here a while back that is very effective at cooling gpus and easy to use. I'll post it when I find it.

I'm just worried about adding my 3rd card as it would heat my system even more. My ambient temprature inside my case gets up to 70 degrees. I will google these items and see if they fit my graphics cards. I really apreciate your help thank you.

Nope. That only works for reference cards.
