What are you using under the IHS? I'm sure you can get lower temps than that.

Both under the IHS, and between the IHS and waterblock, I'm using IC Diamond. I'm very new to Haswell, the last chipset I seriously OC'd was Nehalem on my 920, so this is probably not the most efficient OC, I just upped the Vcore and Cpu multipliers until I got to a stable 4.6GHz, which is where the temperature threshold was pre-delid.

You're using IC Diamond between the IHS and die?? You know that will scratch the die right? I would remove it asap and put some CLP instead.

Not to be rude, but when a thread is this short, and you post right under the post indicating that...it kinda irks me.

You're trying too hard... putting too much thought into it. It's simple, really, just whack it.

You still need to ditch that ic diamond like now under the ihs. I love ic diamond but NEVER run it on a naked die.
