this is a problem that seem to be from the start. i thought it was problem with mt lion os but it seems not. i have 2 of these monitors. 1 goes blank or dims out after a few minutes. i was able to turn it back on but now it does not last.
im thinking of sending it back to korea as ive had only for a 5 months. ill pay for shipping.
i could order parts but im unsure which i need.
does anyone have a sugestion? if its just pcb replacement ill just by all and replace. if its back light not sure how to tell the difference or if thats the problem and or if i can fix that.

also i have no idea who to contact in korea.....

your help will be awsome....

thanks
mike

i got the led driver card and put it in. at first i thought it was fixed but it did not take long until it started going dark again.

at this point im at a loss and may just trash it to buy a new one.

there is one more card it says: DW270QDP on it.....
it the card that alows for the power in connection and the dual DVI connection.
i dont think it would be it
there isone more card that says: LG Display co. ltd Model: LM270wQ1SDB/E88441

not sure if that would fix or not.

since i have another monitor i guess i could swap out parts all day.....
this is a real pain in the ass. im getting to the point of being sorry i bought a korean monitor with no way of contacting the company and or getting parts it would have been better to just get a 1000 dollar apple monitor...
ive included pics of all three boards maybe someone can tell which one it might be.
